What does "flat rate" actually mean?+
One number, quoted up front. The price you see at booking is the price on the final invoice. If we say it'll be X, the bill says X.
What's included with a non-steno deposition?+
Broadcast-quality video plus a UFM-formatted transcript produced in-house by professionals, not AI. Same-day quote, video and rough transcript by the next morning, final on standard timelines. Used at every court level.
Do you charge travel fees?+
No. $0 travel fees in any of 254 Texas counties, Amarillo to Zapata. We bring the videographer, the reporter (if required), and the equipment. The price is the same whether it's downtown San Antonio or Hidalgo County.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
Cancel or reschedule by 5pm the day before. No fee, ever. We don't stack cancellation fees on top of the original quote.
When do I pay?+
When you settle the case. We work the way litigators actually run a case, not the way collections does. No late fees if you pay after a contingency case resolves.
Are court-certified interpreters available?+
Yes. Court-certified interpreters are available on request, included in the same flat-rate quote.
Is Depo Display extra?+
